    '72 CT accessory mirror?

was there an oem accessory left mirror available in '72? I need one to pass the inspection for a collector plate and thought an oem item would be best!

I bought my mirrors for my 74 thru DrATV OPERATES HERE . Less that 20 bucks for the two. They have good chrome on them and look very OEM, plus they just threaded into my holes on my handlebars also.

No OEM mirror holes on the '72's so I ordered these. I can't give an evaluation of them yet - scheduled to be delivered here tomorrow.

Flash is right. The CT70 didn't come with mirrors in '72. It wasn't until later when they went to a totally different handlebar that did away with the welded on perches for mounting the levers. These new bars had left/right switch housings for all the electrics and they had holes for mirrors.

A clamp on mirror will work fine for what you need though.

    Hi Wascobi
New here, first post. I am doing the same. Would it need 1 or 2 mirrors?
Do they ship to Canada? Did you buy yours yet? What does it need to have a collectors plate?
What does oem stand for. Sorry, I have only had my bikes for two weeks heh heh.
    Many thanks
