Just got these front Turn Signals & Need Stems + where to mount

Just picked two of these on eBay:

    Honda Front Turn Signal CT70 XL70 XL75 CB100 CB175: eBay Motors (item 350362393842 end time Aug-02-10 09:00:10 PDT)

Been looking around and need the stems for em anyone know where to find? I remember racerx writing that mounting front signals on the headlight is a sure way to break em quick, where else is a place thats better? THanks

I have a 1975 CT70 that I got for parts and it has what I believe to be turn signal stems but they're on the rear. I don't know much about the newer 70's so I'm not sure if that's standard for those bikes. I can post a pic if you're interested? I probably won't get a chance to post the pic until late tonight or tomorrow though.

    Sure post a pic

I'd definitely like to see one and how they fit as I've got a upgraded front fork & Headlight assembly.

    Adam,
Send me your e-mail and I can forward pics on how I set up the same blinkers on my bike. You can still buy some of the blinker mounts, it just depends on what look you're after. I tried to send you a PM, but it says you don't accept them????

    A couple of options:
First, buy the 2 1'4" blinkers mounting stems from DrAtv and mount to blinker bar mounts (still available from Honda on various years, I used the 1993 for one of my applications) See the first pics below for this application

Second, buy the 1 1'4" or 2 1'4" blinker mounting stems from DrAtv and mount to a set of Kitaco headlight/blinker mounts that attach to each upper fork (very stable and no risk of breaking or cracking headlight bucket). See the next pic for this application. Hope this helps.

Got most of the custom stuff from Z at Honda50.com Z50, CT70, ZB50 and Monkeybike tuning parts. Daytona bars and G-Craft triple clamp. He knows his stuff regarding what custom parts go with what. Check out his website and look at all the different style bikes. Amazing!
