    2007-08 winter mods

Here are a few pics of what I did to my CT last winter. Also a list of the mods.

    -Faddybike inverted fork kit.
-190mm disc brake , with nissin double piston caliper.
    -twin exhaust from faddybike
    -kitaco Speedo & RPM
    -engine breather kit
    -G-Craft wheels.
    -Steeing damper.
    -Red Baron handle bars.

-And a lot of small details & odds & ends . But a bucket full of pleasure putting it all together. And an empty wallet to shoow for it.

I still have not taken it out. I finished today , and it snowed last night . So I am patient.

    Thumbs up

That's one of the nicest CTs I've ever seen. Too bad about the snow. Don't be jealous, but I've been riding to work since the middle of February. (OK, be jealous if you want to )

Thank you for the compliments. Much appreciated. I would cry riding this one in the snow. I hope that I don't even get caught in the rain this summer. Here aer some more pics from a different angle.
    Cheers

Nice bike! Can I ask, what is the alum(?) strip running from just under the top plate to the front motor mount? Is this for additional strength? Just curious...Looks like your oil cooler will have no problem getting fresh air either...it is a NICE motor, correct?

Thank you, The polished aluminium brace is a bracket for the steering damper. It may also make the frame a little more ridgid. But that is not its purpose, it is formost for the damper. ( would probably take an engineer to confirm that it has any effect on the frame ridigity . ) No it is not a nice engine. (wish it was )It is a 4 speed Loncin. Next winters project is either a Honda nice 110 engine or a water cooled 110 from OORacing. Both are very interesting.

Here are some pics with a better view of the damper & braket .
    I hope this helps

That's a super sweet ride. I love the look of the bike. How do you like the tail light?

I love the tail light , it is a great improuvment over the stock one. looks nice and much more noticable. I have LED's coming for the brake lamp also for the turn signals . that should also make for change.
