Thread: K1 bar clamp

I got a K1 bar clamp from a salvage yard and have a question. Is there any thing special about the 8mm washer, spring #5909-001 that goes on the knob. Its difficult to tell from the drawing what exactly it is. You may have to scroll down to the handlebars drawing

The piece you are asking about is a lock washer. You can buy these from Dratv.

hi there, yes this is a regular lock washer and is used in several places on the bike.
I find it helpful to have a stash of these type of oe parts on hand. if you need something let me know.

Thanks fellas. Do the handlebar knobs and handlebar holder nuts have the specs for all the K models.

I believe they are the same for all of the ct70's.
