Thread: Z50 Paint codes

I have a couple K1's and a couple K2 Z50's. Three of them will need to be repainted, and I'd like to put 'em back to OE.

I used the search function, but couldn't find a list of paint codes ..

I'm gonna do my K2 first. It is an original Candy Ruby bike.. next will be a K1 in Candytone red.

It would be nice to know the codes, that way I could get it mixed right here in town..

Marble's has a complete kit, any correct color for $325. Not sure if that is a good deal or not.. Randy also offers the silver for the wheels and such in a rattle can + clear. I'm gonna get a set of those for sure.

Is there a place a person can go to get the exact codes for these suckers?

Your best bet is to go through vintagehondapaints if you want a kit or get an unfaded piece and have it scanned...Hymie is right HOK,PPG or a urethane would be a great choice. The urethane is easy to shoot and very durable.
