    Oil Change??

    Just picked up a used CT70 clone and just wondering is there usually a manual that comes with it?? or is there somewhere i can find one?? want to do an oil change but have no clue what to do... noob.. sorry..

    pick up a clymer's manual for CT70s. They're built so close you can use the honda manual for reference. CLYMER SHOP MANUAL MOST 50_THRU 110CC (CM310)

    all you have to do is take the drain plug out (on the bottom of the engine in the center) and wait for it to drain. better if the engine is hot, it will drain faster. when the draining is done, put the plug back in and fill it with oil (my clone holds 20 oz)

    Remember, there is a 50:50 chance (most newbies seem to take the wrong one lately) to loosen the capnut of the camchain tensioner instead. The oil plug is on the right side of the engine

    how often do you guys suggest changing the oil?? and is there a specific oil to use?? and what about oil filter??

    There is no oil filter, as for oil, i use royal purple 30wt.

    my oil plug is in the center of my engine... no capnuts on the bottom of my engine.

    hi again...sorry to bother you... but i don't see the oil plug to drain oil... is it hidden underneath the frame?? here are some pics..

    is this the plug circled in red??
