That is WAY too cool. He must use a magnifying glass to work on it. Be a drag to always have to make new parts, though. I wonder what off the shelf parts he's using? (Valves, obviously from the pictures) That thing sounds better than any mini I have ever heard.
Yes, I'm quite curious about the details of the project myself but when I clicked on the link, I was greeted by pictures and a large quantity of German.
It seems to be running through a single carb, and many commentators on the kneeslider blog remarked that it would probably produce more power and rev faster if it had another carb (or three). They seemed to be babying it too as the revs weren't that high.
But honestly, I cringe to think about how much time went into making this. Those parts seem to be high quality machinings, and even with a CNC machine it must be painstaking when parts are that tiny. Where in the world would you get valves that small? Each cylinder is carrying 31.25cc! Weed wackers?
this is an engine from a Honda CBF if I can recall.
I have spoken with the guywho build this bike and he didn't dare to drive it because the frame would just snap in half. Still a nice project.
And now something that does work. Last Bobby, there was a Sweed who had succesfully placed a turbo on a 125cc chinees engine. but there was some kind of problem with he's carburator that he has fixed now and hopefully he will come again next year.

I've seen a couple of Z50s with superchargers on them, but never one with a turbo (that worked)
