If you like it thats' what counts. No such thing as a dead-on match anyway since Honda couldn't even do that between bikes. 40 years ago a friend and I had CTO HK0's which did not match whatsoever.

So the only color that is not kind of right is CYS?

If I needed to paint a gold '71 KO what would be the best pick?

Funny thing but my chain guard for the BG project does match the frame really well and it came from 2 different places.

There have been many documented cases where these kits do not match and in some instances (once again) documented were supposed to be Gold and were more like yellow. For a "rider" bike or pit bike, go for it, for a more professional paint job, use only HOK or PPG.

When I get my BG frame sorted out its going to be blasted and painted.

The plan is to get one of Don's BG kits as those builds by Flash and Bjatwood looks very brilliant done paint wise.

I have to get somebody to send it to Denmark but I'm getting a Pro to do the painting.

Color match can be done by the painter so its a question of if I could hit BG better other than Don's kits?

What would be the BG color in PPG or Dupond? How to do a fair color match for a BG?
