    HKO Carb Part Number?

    What's the original HKO carb part number? AT7B or HT7A?
    1970 CT70HK0 Candy Emerald Green (restored)
    1972 CT70HK1 Candy Ruby Red (restored)
    1973 CT70K2 Candy Topaz Orange (Grandfather's original)
    1974 CT70K3 Candy Topaz Orange (low mileage original)

    the carb i have for the HKO is HT7A with the tall cap.the 72H had a AT7B short cap.

    Can anyone else with a HKO and or HK1 verify the carb numbers please?

    Bill,
    Since I have the engine removed from the frame, I looked at the carburetor and the number was AT7B. Since mine is a early build, I think that should be the answer that you are looking for.

    Thank you! I just wanted to ensure the AT7B carb I had on my 12/70 HKO was correct.

    Bill, Here are the correct carb numbers for the K0 and K1. The jetting information along with the settings are in your Clymers manual.

    K0 - AT7B
    H K0 - HT7A
    K1 - 533A
    H K1 - 594A

    G
    CT70 K0
    CT70H K0
    CT70H K1
