Great shape! Tires still have rubber knubbs on the edges (dirt tires could be installed since they are split rims). Drives great, has 4 gears and does 45 mph. Doesn't smoke, lights work great, brakes work, speedometer works, EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT. SEE ATTACHED PIC

Do you have a valid street title for it or just a MSO?
If just an MSO-
Is the MSO fully filled out by the selling dealer with a sellers license number ?

I have one just like that and very duable! My kids give it hell! Well worth it if you want a good riding trail bike! I bought mine in Maryland too. from a place call Lervo Interprises back in 2003!:D
