    for trade '74 K3

Hey guys! I'm looking to trade my fully restored 1974 CT70 for a 4 wheeler. I would like a yamaha blaster if anyone is or know someone that is interested! Im afraid if i sold it, my wife wouldn't let me spend the money on a wheeler, so that why I'm looking to trade!! Anyway, I just restored this in July, and although I didn't repaint it/decal it like a '74, all parts are original with original motor and title except for the seat/shock boots/levers/horn/dimmer switch Everything works except no speedo cable. The cable I have is too short so i think it must have came off of my brothers KO. The bike starts first kick and runs exceptional. The bike looks awesome IMO, but probably not to the "restore to original looks" guys!!:) There is not a scratch/scuff/or mark on this bike anywhere.

I've had this thing since i was 6 years old (just turned 30). I didn't want to put a lot of money in to it, but wanted it to look good. I basically restored this to have something for my kid to ride in a couple/few years. He's three. I've got less money in restoring this than just the candy paint kit would have cost to bring it back blue.

Just buy a quad too, and keep this bike

The more I think about it, the more I think you're right. Be kind of a shame to get rid of something like this that I could pass on to my boy. When me and my brother were little kids, dad bought one, a 1970 KO, then that Christmas, he realized that sharing one wasn't cutting it and bought the one I have now. My bro still has the 1970 and I've been trying to get him to come up off it but he's not going for it!! It still looks like new! He was a little less invasive on his things than I was.:1:
