Is it possible my Lifan 107cc has no neutral switch? pic

I took off the flywheel cover to try and find the Neutral Light indicator Switch wire that should come from my engine harness. The wire color should be a solid lime green with a red stripe (as in my instrument spedo harness) but this wire color is not at all there coming from my engine wire harness. These wires I found are for the high voltage and triggering circuit for the Electronic ignition. I see no neutral circuit switch in there nor would I expect to see it under the fly wheel cover. I would think it would come out of the transmission part of the engine. Is it possible this Lifan 107cc just doesn't have one?

Anyone with a working neutral switch light indicator would you care to enlighten me, this is the last problem as far as electrical. Help! please---->

ps. This is the only wire harness from the engine that I see...besides the starter...should there be another??

From the looks of the picture u posted you dont have one the wire should be coming out of the black plug area above the engine sprocket.

Thanks mmoonlyter, Yep ,a neutral switch is not installed on this 107cc. I hooked the green light to the key ignition and it illuminates when the key is in the "on"position, better than nothing I guess.
