Stock chain should work just fine. Depending on the sprocket sizes you may have to adjust the length

i would buy a good chain, this way it wont stretch and come off and or lock the wheel up at a high rate of speed.research tensile strength for a 125cc.check regina chains website.

I bought a lifan 160 and it came with a 428 pitch sprocket. I bought a 420 sprocket from the Dr. to use a 420 Gold chain to fit the stock ct70 rear sprocket. HTH

Won't fit. the 125 lifan has a larger counter shaft. Go to Dr ATV They list a sprocket on ther site that fits a 125 Lifan that is a 420 pitch.
