Looks to be a late 69. I'm thinking it might be a silver tag also, couldn't tell from the pics tho. He restored it with black speedo cable and throttle cables (wrong) stickers that shouldn't be on the bike (tire pressure-nature) looks like the wrong bolts on the chain guard too (no _8_) / no black tipped levers, I could go on and on...............but the wires coming thru the frame make me think 69 for sure.

X2...the tail light wire routing is the acid test. The early location didn't even manage to survive 1969, let alone make it into `70.
Have to give that seller some credit, he only claimed "90+ points", which might be accurate. The deviations from concours perfection all appear to be easily correctable, without having the rip the bike apart first. If the workmanship is as good as it appears in the pix, this could be a bargain for someone, as the mistakes are likely to keep the bid amounts even lower than what it will cost to make the corrections.
Probaly a late '69 but the two big ??? i see is the hole in the crossover between rear shocks and the blue and red wires going to taillight. That would only make me start digging deeper.
