Thread: Current Street Licensed CT70 Owners in Ohio....

Hello all! I am very new to this site (5 minutes thus far) and really would like to get a 1970-74 CT70 and use it one the road. I live in Ohio and would like to know what you guys did or what needs to be done to make one of these legal on the roads. I really would like a 1970-1971 CT70 however they dont come with turn signals and it says in Ohio's Law that anything manufactured after 1968 is required to have these. Any help would be VERY appreciated. Thanks and God Bless.

No turn signals on mine, but they never checked for them either. An officer may or may not overlook it on the road. Just use hand signals. I had my CT titled in MI by a friend and sold it to me. Then went to the BMV and got it registered and plated. Its very easy to title these in MI. Just need one paper and like $25. Make a friend in MI is my advice.

Why would it be easier to title it in MI than it would be in Ohio? Im still trying to figure all this stuff out so please excuse my lack of knowledge on these things.
