Thread: Looking to get out and ride

I wish it would start warming up here, today it hit 45 which was nice to get out and clean my bike up, but in the forcast its going to be in the high 20's the next few days... I keep reading all you guys out and ridiing, I think ineed to move further South to get out everyday and ride... I hope in April i can finally take the motorcycle class and officially ride it on the main streets... already have it insured, just need to pay addition 100 to get it license and registered.. HAAAAAAAAA Winter Sucks

yea, I know I hate winter. But I still ride mine. Suppose to be high 50s all week so I am gonna tear it up.

I love riding on the streets in the summer, its really fun.

we are having highs around 60 next three days. I'm leaving first thing in the morning to go ride for two days out in the country. Trails will be a little muddy from rain today. I'll be riding my JC Monkey since I am in the middle of restoring the seat on my CT70 . Dave

Sweet, its always nice to have a couple back up bikes when you dont wanna get your nice one dirty.

funny I refer to the Monkey as my back up all the time. that little bike is fun to ride off road. It is a low speed challenge . I told my riding buddy the other day that we could get big bikes and the trails would seem easier but we would have to go a lot faster to have the same challenge.Then it would hurt when we fell down.

Cool, we have a couple of those for sale right now, they are fun to ride. But yea you are right they are a little harder to control

I need to find someone in my area that owns a ct70, would love to ride with someone. don't get me wrong its great riding alone, but when u can have some one that owns the same bike and rides, and u can ride together, its even better

it is snowing here in MA.. which is not bad since my ct70 is all apart and wont be ready till the spring.. but my Harley is ready to go

I am just itching to get out. I took me a few kicks to get mine started today, due to the cold, but once i got it running , man look out.. all i need to do is to maybe clean the carb, and but a new Headlamp... To bad like i worte before we could all get together and ride.. mybe one of these days
