Thread: luggage rack for ct 70 ko

Does anyone know if a luggage rack for a 1970 CT 70 is genuine if it's stamped "T70" or does it have to say "Honda 71 CT-70". I've seen both and don't know if the "T70" is the real thing as well or one of those current chinese import reproductions?? thanks,

Honda never made a luggage rack for the trail 70. They are all aftermarket but, the "T70" stamped ones are the older racks that draw more money.

A six pack rack is valuable piece to have on a bike for running errands around town!

Back in they day when these were new, you could get the racks from a dealer...They were very popular in Europe/Asia for the ST's. I have one on my 71 ST and it is much higher quality and larger than the one on the clone bike.

I have seen larger racks that are aftermarket available. Like was mentioned, the T 70 is the older version.
