What kind of guarantee comes with a rebuild? Did not see it on his web site (motoenzo)

Better read his frequently asked questions section. Thats a lot of money to spend for a rebuilt engine. It could well run over 1000 dollars depending on what he all has to do with it.
No thanks!
Save your money for other things and have Mark do it.

I've had two rebuilds that Enzo has done and I'm thoroughly satisfied with his work!!!
He communicates very well throughout the build and lets you know what he's doing.
I have other bikes that I'll be sending him to rebuild. One motor was a 4 speed motor off
a bike from Florida...it looked like it had been sitting in a swamp for many years. He put
it back together like new. It did cost $1000 but that included new carb, crank, cylinder,
head plus everything else he puts into them when he rebuilds them and he let me know
the cost up front and there were no surprises. I'm sure there are other guys out there that do a great job, too, but he's the only one I've used so far and I'm totally happy with
his work. Just my two cents!!

I'd check with Racer too...He gives a lot to this forum. Mark has been helpful also, but Enzo does not support us and his prices are quite a bit higher than either Mark or Bob. Also these guys are very easy to reach if you would happen to have any questions after the build, which to me is huge.
1K for a rebuilt engine is very steep.
300 Bucks for new parts and 700 for labor??
I guess I should have become a small Honda engine rebuilder?????
Wait a second.....I did rebuild my HKO engine

I'd talk to Racer X (Bob) if you can't do the work yourself.
It all depends if you want a rebuild or restoration.
These motors are not difficult to build, folks. Anyone building/restoring a CT70 should learn how to rebuild their own motors. There's not alot of moving parts and you have a forum full of people who can help you along the way. Take the savings and put it into other facets of the build.
That could be a red flag in itself.I have used him but we won't go there.I would recommend folks on here such as hondact70.com who has constantly contributed to this site as Karen had mentioned and has a great reputation.I also would recommend Mark, however i have never used him but have heard nothing but good about his work.
Who is Mark and where is he located? Where is Bob located?
Both guys are members on here and are well known for their quality work.Mark Pearson is an engine builder and has one right now for sale in the "For Sale " section i beleive. You should be able to find him there or in the contacts.
Bob has a website hondact70.com and you can get all his info there. Both guys have great reputations.
