    Registering CT70 in NJ

Does anyone know if a CT70 can be used on the street legally in NJ? Enzo, since you are from NJ I thought you might know. Thanks.

    Absolutely!

They can help you get a title & from then on it's as easy as registering a motorcycle at the DMV (insurance may set you back a whopping $50 for 12 months). All my CT's are registered. They're a blast!
    Thanks!

Thanks for the info. Unfortunatley, after reading through their website, they cannot issue titles in New Jersey. Just my luck. Thanks.

Oh yes, there was word that they wore going to drop us. Funny enough, I have used I.T.S. in the past. They both work, but only one in Jersey. There used to be a company in NH called Moto Tech. They did all my Z50 titles & then they changed the law. Then i used ITS once or twice. Then something happened where Broadway was cheaper by about $25, so i was using them. I.T.S. works fine though.

That must have been some time ago. I.T.S. has charged $75 since 2000 when I began using them.

Don't know about NJ regs, but in my state I can get a bike titled by having a police inspection done. By the time they make you jump through all of the requisite hoops providing bills of sale for every part and assigning a "sale price" upon which 6% "use tax" is assessed, it's well worth the six bits to not have to go through the hassle.

Titling regs can be a real circus, depending upon the state involved. That's what makes these title services possible in the first place...
