Thread: Street Legal of Not?

I'm not sure how many of you riders out there have had trouble getting your ride "legal" for your state. But here in Nebraska the DMV states that my "Minibike" is exempt from licensing. But the local Police say that my minibike is a Motorcycle due to the fact that it has a motor bigger than 45cc's. But at the courthouse to get a license for it as a motorcycle it has to have tires bigger that 14"! So I'm in libo land! Has anyone else had similar situations, and if so how did you get around the issues.

Trail 70 tire is 18" tall so you should be O.K.
