Thread: Ten inch wheels turning to Sturgis.

Looks like a go to head to Sturgis on my 1972 140cc ct70. I'll be leaving from Pearl river LA.
Finally fixed a recurring problem that drove me nuts. Waiting on a speedo and few other parts from DRATV. Should be on the road by the 27 or 28.

If any body has a backyard along the way It would make me happy to pitch a tent there along the way. Gotta save a few bucks for beer!

Bike has an 3 gallon aux tank,17 front sprocket,32 rear, 140cc big head lifan 140.

you are my hero! PLEASE buy a helmet cam and other cam and take tons of pictures and share them. My dream is to take one across from DC to San Diego, up the coast and back across at the canadian border.

That sounds like an adventure! Yeah post pics along the way and watch out for big Rigs

on advrider.com there is a thread where people have posted their yards and garages that they are willing to share for fellow adventurers. You have plenty of places by locale.

I'm in Overland Park, Kansas if you are coming this way...I have plenty of room for a tent and a shop if you need to do any repairs or maintenance. Just let me know. Are you traveling by yourself? By the way, I think what you are doing is so cool!!

Advrider is filled with a bunch of armchair blowhards who only dream about the big ride. They feel it can only be done by 20k beemers with a bankroll big enough to choke a horse.
