    1973 ST90 Gas tank removal?????????

i am doing a tune up on my old ST90 and i got it running but the old fuel lines are shot....on my 81' CT70 getting the tank out wasn't much of a problem to replace the fuel lines, but on the 73' ST90 it's a different story...i took off the seat/brackets/battery etc....but it is still barely moving, i ever popped out the rubber deals wedged along side the tank....my question is:

is there an easier way to get under the tank to replace the fuel lines or am I going to have to get incredible hulk to get this tank out?

ps. the electrical plug for the battery is a little in the way going down under/beside the tank when trying to pull it out....should i unplug it for more clearence?...i am just affraid i wont be able to pull it up to reconnect back up after re-installing the tank...

    HELP I' am almost there!!

    thanks
