    no air filter=lean....your keihan needs a properly/correct air filter to function properly and its just bad mojo to run with no air filter....not to mention any carb tuning is a waste of time

    Agreed,my air filter boots were all junk and tried to run without it and it was a stumbleing popping mess. Put a piece of foam at the least over the carb intake. In wont pull gas without some restriction, properly. A bee or bug could get in there.
