    Clutch Rebuild

New member here. Trying to repair a type III centrifugal clutch from an early ct70 69-71. The drive gear outer is an 18 tooth which fits the primary drive gear properly. It has an inside diameter of approx 1 16/32".
The drive plate has an outside diameter of approx 1 10/32". So I have almost a 1/4" of slop. The manual I have does not cover this. I will try to post a picture. Thanks, Dave.

Or you can take the low road and just replace the entire unit with a new heavy duty clutch that will handle 88-108cc's if you ever decide to increase displacement.
