CT70 Front sprocket and ignition system questions

I am taking my CT70 for a cruise tomorrow and decided that I should do a tune up. I just got the bike a month ago and haven't done any more than a little cleaning, oil change and run some Sea Foam through it.
I took the ignition side case off to set the valves and to put in new points and set the timing. The first thing I found was the case was just packed with dirt and crap around the front sprocket. I've cleaned that up. The front sprocket seems a little loose and wobbly though. Is that normal? My better judgement thinks it's not but I'll defer to some of you who know a lot more about these little bikes than I do.
Secondly after I rummaged through my tools and found a 30 year old flywheel puller that I had for my Honda Odyssey and to my delight found it works for my CT I pulled the flywheel and changed the points. I am looking at the condenser and thinking that I am seeing it soldered in. Am I seeing this right. The new one I have has two small tangs that the best guess I have is that they are indeed for soldering to. The bike has 1300 original miles and is running pretty good so I will wait till later for the condenser but I'd still like some expert insight into this.
I set the valves. I have most of the factory tool kit but the valve adjusting wrenches are missing. It is really a pain to do without those tools. Luckily I had a small SAE wrench that was a bang on for the locking nut 11/32 I believe. I used a tiny crescent wrench for the adjuster. What do most of the rest of you use for valve adjusting tools?

Hi,that is normal for the sprocket to feel wobbly.i would remove it to look at the inside of the sprocket for side wear and hooking.my best guess is its time to replace both sprockets and the chain.yes the condenser is soldered on.these bikes have metric fasteners and the valve adjuster nut is a 9mm.

Yah I have 9mm sockets but to adjust it you need a 9mm wrench. It's not common for a wrench. Also the adjuster is a little square deally and a tiny adjustable wrench works but is hardly efficient or easy to use. I was up late last night working on it and did a carb kit at the same time. The kit came with a #6 jet as opposed to the stock 6.5. I hadn't realized the difference till I tried to run it. It idled great but wouldn't run worth a crap at speed. I rechecked the valve adjustment and timing but it was all OK. The new points were fine and when I checked the plug it was white. I pulled the carb and checked the jet to see it was a 6. I swapped the stock jet and needle in and it ran great again. Gee I wish when you bought a kit for a specific year and model that it would come with the correct parts. My bad for not checking it in the first place though.
