I pulled the clutch cover off a 1974 CT70 and a thrust washer fell out.
It looks like it could go on the end of the Gear Shift shaft where the shaft goes into the clutch cover case as a washer between the shaft & case??

However, as I look at schematics, they don;t show this washer.

Could someone please verify if it goes on the end of the sahft?
