    Fork Stop

What is the fix for a broken fork stop? does it have to be fabricated or does someone make a replacement?Any ideas,I am sure I am not the first to have this problem, Thanks in advance.

You mean the little metal tab that stops the forks from spinning completely around? That tab I've seen broken off a few bikes and the only way we've ever fixed them up here is to just weld on another bit of metal. Kind of screw the paint up a bit around that area, but it is fairly well hidden.

The only way to replace the stop is to make one from a scrap of .250" steel and weld it into place. The frame will get third degree burns from welding heat, that's unavoidable. As such, this is a repair best left for when you're ready to repaint, unless yours is a non-candy color.
