    Now I'm frustrated!

I put the new carb on and it still cuts out at full throttle. http://www.dratv.com/oemcarfitcar.html
It is a little better but still not right. Any suggestions??

check the valves to make sure the nut is spaced correctly.

also, you could check your timing chain and maybe adjust it by a sprocket tooth.

You have to dial in the carb to the bike as no carb is one-size-fits-all to a bike.

    Adjust the Airscrew
    Adjust the idle screw
    Adjust the needle
May have to rejet depending on altitude.

I don't have time to go through every single step, but if I remember right, there is posts in these forums covering this topic in detail.

Just had similar problem with mine. Dipped re-built carb etc. still cut out at full throttle, I started leaning it out at the needle valve one notch at a time its now at the second notch from the top runs perfect, you might try that if you havent' already.

I'll try that before I mess with the valves. I'll let you know.
    Thank you!

Hey, does anyone know what the hose coming out from the side of this new carb is? My old one had a brass vent tube there. This one is Honda OEM parts but it has a hose coming off of its side instead.
