    REbuild?

I have a 70cc motor with seized crank out of a 1982 CT70 Can I buy a rebuild kit or could I just upgrade for what it would cost to rebuild my motor? Are parts from my local honda dealer going to be more than from some other store?

Online sources are going to be better than your local Honda dealer, that's virtually guaranteed. From the looks of your engine, or more accurately what's left of it, you'd be better off finding another used engine that's at least all there and not rusted internally. I'd have serious doubts as to the condition of the transmission and there are so many missing parts that the total tab will be needlessly expensive. If it were my bike, I'd be thinking about swapping the LH engine case onto a better base engine, or at least finding another engine for lower end parts. That way the engine serial number would be the same.

oh good idea i didnt think of using the LH case. The motor is rusted pretty bad as can be seen the crank wont turn over.
