Thread: yet another battery issue

my 74 doesnt seem to charge the battery i go for a ride with the lights on and using signals for turns but after a 15 minute ride the lights are very dim and battery is dead.if i need a replacement its gonna be hard i only have like $25 and shipping is a rip off lately.

Have you done a visual inspection of the wiring on the bike? morely near the battery, connectors etc. Check the glass fuse from the battery.

it was in the wiring near the stator i found the issue the previous owner had "fixed" the wires using a combo of cheap solderless terminals and tape one had disconnected.
