Z50a carb tuning
My K2 hadn't run for years before I picked it up. I took the carb apart, cleaned the varnish out of the bowl, cleaned out both the idle and main jets, & put it back together.
She runs pretty darned good...except it doesn't like to run without some choke on. I hate to admit it, but I didn't even check to see if the slide needle was adjustable.
Is it? Is there a standard spot to put it in for a stocker? That's about the only thing I can think of that would make it run lean (ie; choke on).
Any ideas?
