Thread: Anyone used the Trailtech Vapor speedo/tach with temp sensor?

I like the Trailtech Vapor and Vector digital speedometers/Tachometers, and notice that they also have support for the spark plug Cylinder Head Temperature sensors. Has anyone used one of these on the chinese engines? I am really interested in the temp sensor since the Lifan 150 doesn't allow the "dipstick" type oil temp sensor.

Our bikes would use the generic one for drum brakes correct?

For the speedometer function, they use a magnetic bolt and pick-up. Lots of places to mount a magnetic screw in the CT's multi-piece wheel. Pick-up mounting bracket would take some creativity. You then measure the circumference of the wheel and program the unit to use that to calculate the distance travelled for every rotation signal.
