    K0 - Rear view mirror:

I was wondering what people have done for rear view mirror mounts. I have found pics of bikes with mirrors, but the angle doesn't show the mount. Some of the later models came with mirrors right? I am thinking of a bar end mirror. I want something to look clean, and kind of factory or stockish, or at least removeable.

    1) bar end mirror
    2) additional clamp on handlebar
    3) modified pivit screw on brake lever?
    4) different handlebar mounts and bar? (no way for me)
    5) any other options?

    any pics?

I don't have a pic right now but a couple of tagged CT's that I have came with mirror mounts that mount anywhere on the bar...One of them was mounted on the straight section of the bar below the lever area and the mirror extented out the side. I would imagine that these mounts are still avaiable at bike shops. They are adjustable and adjust wide enough that they could even mount on the grip on the end of the clutch side.

You can also buy perches that come with the pre drilled & tapped/threaded holes for mirrors.

Here's an old picture of the universal mirrors I use on my HKO for street riding. They have rubber on the clamps to protect the bars from scratches. I bought them off Ebay for around $25.00. You can supersize the picture if you click on it and than hit the diagonal arrows box in the lower left corner of the picture.

Hi Dennis, tucker rocky is the place where one of my parts guys,RRP cycle stuff in Stewartsville N.J.orders his parts.a real good place to have big dirtbike suspension re valved and serviced.thats their specialty.i just happened to look u on the wall and spotted them.the real advantage is when i bring the bike indoors and bang the mirror on a wall or going in the side door of the garage.they fold away easy!.also like i said no scratches and not overpowering the flow of the bike.P.C.

I made up a little alum. mount and put some masking tape under it so it doesn't mark the bars.
