Unhappy replacing my 50cc with 70cc elect start

What a wonderful sight. I have Multiple Schlrosis and just this past few months I can no longer kick start my mini trail, Has anyone replaced a 50cc with a 70cc eng with electric start conversion. Besides a stater-wiring harness etc ? needs, I'm worried about clearance from top half of engine to my frame on a 1974 50cc Honda mini trail. I had to quit driving but I don't want to quit riding dispite trying to get on and keeping my balance. Any and all advise would be appreciated, Thank you all, tonycnc

    Hi Tony,

I just put my c70 passport motor in my 71 z50 for mock up.

The only issues I have is the side cover, covering the sprocket had to be cut to fit, I had to cut the intake so I could shorten and rotate it so the carb would sit out the side.

The carb would not face forward do to space constraints and backwards because of the starter.

If you need anymore you can contact me directly if you wish.

    Scott
