Thread: what filter is best for 88cc upgrade?

What is the best air filter for an 88cc upgrade? We are also upgrading to the 20mm carburetor that DrAtv has. Is UNI better than K&N or is there a better one than those two?

I think that the Uni is a better fitler if you are riding dust and dirt. I am going to run a K&N for now just because I have one already.

ok, if i were to get the 20mm minuki carb from dratv, would I need any modifying for a UNI filter?

I think it depends on the offset of the manifold. If it is like stock it might hit the frame. If it is offset like the aftermarket manifolds then it will fit as is.

its a stock HK1 manifold

Then the filter will probably hit the front of the frame. Will that carb mount to a stock ct70 manifold?
