Thread: A mighty Mini does the Blue Ridge Parkway?

Heading off tomorrow to do the ADVriders 9th annual eastern rally. Gonna show those guys how a minitrailer does it.

Upon leaving Pear River, LA The ten inch wheels will roughly follow this route.

Taking 21 north to 84 east till I hit 19 north in Georgia. Then follow 19 north till I hit 18 and BRP. If anybody is along those routes give me a shout.

Will be staying at the Freeborne"s Lodge and campground.

Looking forward to pictures of your adventures.

Made it to Andalusia AL (buddies house) after 8 hours of riding.

Back is hurting and the bike needs to drop a tooth on the counter sprocket.

Rode 8 hours again today.

Starting to loosen up and feel better. Was a bit stove up yesterday.

Back is fine now.

Looking forward to hitting mountains.

Left Rome georgia at 7:00 am and have arrived Bonne North Carolina. should be at the rally in the morning.

Smokeys was fun! would be funner without 100 lbs slinging my ass end around.

Is it Bonne or Boone ? Did you come up thru Cherokee ?
There's a motorcycle museum near Cherokee (Maggie Valley) . It has some of the neatest bikes I've ever seen . There claim to fame is , that every bike in the place runs . They have the old ice racers & all kinds of neat bikes . Maybe you can hit it on the way home .
